Plans for hydrogen infrastructure may be Bush response to Kyoto

The Bush administration is forming a group to create an infrastructure to use hydrogen-fueled vehicles and power plants. The group will be under the Department of Energy, and will consist of DOE officials and experts from the automotive, energy and petroleum industries.
