Assessing renewability of biomass energy sources
Article Abstract:
The author differentiates between the concepts of renewable energy and biomass energy, which can be distinguished by the processes used to produce them. These differences include their impacts on soil and water quality, net energy output, net farm income, energy conservation, and food versus fuel production.
