Sharing clams: Tragedy of an incomplete commons
Article Abstract:
The tragedy of commons occurs when the gains are captured privately while the cost is borne equally. A model of an incomplete commons was developed where the degree to which the resource is common and measured by the share of the biological production resulting from one agentEs investment shared with others.
