Exporters' sales to new heights: Hispanic exporters set an industry example

The export picture for Hispanic companies is bright in several niches of the economy, including providers to the aviation industry. Segmentation of the Top 50 Exporters by industry sector shows wholesale companies continuing to dominate, with 22 firms accounting for $2.28 billion in export revenues, which is up 40.7 percent from 2004, while manufacturing was up from 12 to 13 companies with an export sales increase from $157.83 million in 2004 to $183.16 million in 2005.
