The costs and benefits of Voice-Over-Internet Protocol (VoIP), also known as an Internet phone system, for businesses are discussed. VoIP allows users to make phone calls using broadband Internet connection rather then traditional phone lines and for businesses, this technology helps in reducing the costs per call compared with landline phone services.

Power forecasts that half of all new cars will be bought via the Internet by 2002. Most Internet sites focus on private customers, not fleet buyers.
