Republicans take big gamble by delaying immigration reform

The Republicans, have taken a risk by postponing the immigration reforms, which are fraught with emotion by the Hispanic community, after November 2006's elections. The ruling government, which had captured 40 percent of the Hispanic support, however hopes that, the strategic gamble of delaying the reforms will not affect their support from Hispanics in the elections.
