Pondering the presidency: Governor first nationally known Hispanic to run for White House

Hispanic Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexicans is proving himself to be a different Democrat by cutting personal income taxes, relaxed gun laws and attracting many new industries by reducing tax limits. He plans to run for presidency in the 2008 elections, but needs to win over the Democrats in the critical first four states of the 2008 nomination campaign to stand a chance.
