Article Abstract:
Hispanics have not yet achieved meaningful influence in the entertainment industry as evidenced by the stereotypical portrayals. Hispanics are not underrepresented in decision-making in the industry. Hispanics should be portrayed as doctors as well as maids on television. There is question as to whether the industry has committed to adding such portrayals.
