Hispanic franchisees are sought after by industries to remain competitive in the growing Hispanic segment of the population, with companies even making special outreaches to recruit them. Even so, Hispanics lag behind in the hotel/ motel franchises, although restaurant, janitorial and managerial services reveal a high number.
