Women can use a number of ways to ensure hassle-free trips with their children. These include filling a bag with small battery-operated items such as a flashlight or calculator to keep children occupied, packing emergency medical supplies and preparing a picnic lunch.

The best-tasting low-fat fast foods
Article Abstract:
Low-fat offerings from seven fast-food restaurants were evaluated for their taste and nutritional value. Salads are sold by all the restaurants evaluated, but only one did not put cheese as part of the prepackaged ingredients. Most of the fare did not taste bad.
