Bankruptcy and the family
Article Abstract:
Debtors usually refuse to file for bankruptcy because of the social stigma attached to it. Those who resort to it as a remedy enjoy the protection of the law which automatically issues orders that keep creditors from making further efforts to collect. The consequences that result from bankruptcy and their effects on the family unit vary on a case-to-case basis. The family that files bankruptcy is usually economically sustained like a welfare family. More research is recommended on the subject.
