Beating bad breath

Brushing teeth thoroughly and flossing daily can solve many cases of halitosis in children. Stubborn cases of bad breat may be caused by cavities, gum problems, sinus infections or tonsillitis. Mouth washes are not recommended for children.

A study by Jeremiah Levine suggests a possible connection between silicon breast implants and esophageal problems in breastfed infants. Six out of eight children who were breast fed by mothers with implants had faulty esophageal valves.
