Yoga offers several benefits for expectant women, such as easing aches and pains, calming breathing, toning buttocks and thigh muscles and strengthening pelvic floor muscles. It also boosts flexibility and stamina and improves balance and posture. However, it is not recommended for those with a history of diabetes, hypertension or miscarriage. Some pregnancy-approved yoga postures are presented.

The investment scheme Wattle run by Geoffrey Robert Dexter was one of Australia's biggest scams. Dexter was jailed for fraud in 2001 and the scheme closed in 1998, but many are still looking for their money.
