How to avoid reading roadblocks
Article Abstract:
Children are bound to encounter roadblocks as they learn how to read. From age six to eight, children will have a hard time finding reading material with fun and attractive illustrations. By the time they reach eight or nine, TV and other activities will wean them from reading. Their interest in reading will continue to falter until fourth grade and from age eight and up as sports take more of their time and attention.
