Article Abstract:
Hormonal changes in women over 60 can create symptoms for various health problems. If the estrogen level drops, muscles can become weaker, leading to cramping in legs and feet. Reduced estrogen has the overall effect of making skin, hair, nostrils and other parts of the body feel drier because mucous membranes and glands do not function as well as they should.
