Reducing vulnerability to ethics code violations: an at-risk test for marriage and family therapists
Article Abstract:
The Ethics At-Risk Test is a self-administered diagnostic tool that aims to help family and marriage therapists lower the incidence of ethical practice standards violation. The test may also raise vital questions that are useful in discussions regarding the training of marriage and family therapists. Aside from analyzing the conditions that may lead to an ethics violation, the at-risk test also discusses dual relationships and ethics code violations that occur most often within the profession and recommends a course of action.

Response to "Are trustworthiness and fairness enough? Contextual family therapy and the good family
Article Abstract:
The response to an evaluation of a study on the moral aspects of family therapy is presented. The evaluation questioned the study's emphasis on trustworthiness and fairness in contextual therapy. However, the conclusions of the evaluation are criticized. It is argued that these are based on common misconceptions about ethics and contextual therapy, which include the assumption that contextual therapy can preserve justice within families.
