California wines to be made in an Aussie style
Article Abstract:
Southcorp, which owns Penfolds and several other Australian wineries, have an agreement with the Niven family to make Australian-style wines in California. Winemaker Ian Shepherd will make the first of these wines, which will include Syrah and Chardonnay.
