Domenico Clerico, one of Piedmont's most passionate and outspoken vintners produces exciting Barolos from Ciabot Mentin Ginestra and Pajana, his small vineyards near the town of Monforte d'Alba and his new produce includes the Percristina that includes high prized from Piedmont. He considers himself as a vineyard grower first and winemaker second and has a long range of single- vineyards.
