Complex deal gives Jean Cordier full control of Talbot

Vintner Cordier traded his shares in Chateau Gruaud-Larose and Domaine de la Pouissie for full ownership of Talbot. French banking group Compagnie Financiere de Suez cancelled its option to take control of Talbot in return for the other two wineries, which Suez now owns entirely and wishes to sell.
