Four celebrity chefs Mario Batali, Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck and Charlie Trotter took on the task of preparing the best food-and-wine pairing at the California Wine Experience with a modified, specific challenge of matching a dish to two of four different wines. Details of the elaborate lineup of dishes prepared to go well with the different wines are presented.
