How Stroh widened the Mickey's market

Article Abstract:

Stroh Brewing Co. of Detroit, MI, underscores the widemouth opening and the distinctive bottle shape of its Mickey's beer product in promoting the beverage brand to consumers. Stroh's director of creative services, David Schield, believes that the widemouth opening of Mickey's presents a definite marketing advantage and that the company looks to promote the said feature in its marketing initiative for Mickey's. Stroh also placed hip and clever sayings under the twist-off caps of Mickey's to capitalize on the product's increasingly-popular status among the younger set of drinkers of beer products.
