Ducasse opens second Manhattan venture

Chef Alain Ducasse has started his second restaurant in Manhattan called 'Mix in New York'. The dishes served in this restaurant, which are modestly priced and which rely more on technique and less on show, are a collaboration between Ducasse and twenty nine year old chef de cuisine Douglas Psaltis, a native of Long Island, New York.
