Oregon's challenge: the outstanding 1994 vintage was easy, but '95 and '96 demanded more skill

Article Abstract:

Most of Oregon's top-scoring wines are from 1994, but a few are from other vintages. Several wines are rated on a scale of one to 100, with tasting notes and prices provided, and a list of good wines under $10 is presented. Vintages from 1985 to 1995 are also rated.
