Paul Hobbs spent 13 years at Robert Mondavi Winery, Opus One and Simi Winery before launching his own brand under vineyard designations. His innovations in Chardonnay development have made him a highly sought consultant for a number of top California wineries, and he also works with wineries in Chile and Argentina. He hopes eventually to build his own small winery.
