The overarching trend in Australian wine is due to is specific geographical origins as the wines from a particular place are more distinct in character than those blended from the fruit of several regions that help in getting higher prices for them. A guide to selection of wines in different regions of Australia including South Eastern Australia, South Australia, Victoria, Western Australia, and a few more is provided.

A turn to simplicity at Masters of Food and Wine
Article Abstract:
The annual Masters of Food and Wine show, where chefs come together and cook, is discussed. The show held in the year 2004, where the event's 35 featured chefs emphasized less-elaborate fare, impressing guests with braised food and simple-looking plates at every meal and also presented excellent food and stellar wines for the guests.
