Simon Leung of West Howe Fish & Chips says that ranges have become quicker and quicker, but his Hewigo High Efficiency range is the fastest yet. The range features a 3-pan with three cooking baskets, computerized control and automatic pump filtration. The chip box uses halogen and warm convected air blower heated ensuring the food is kept hot.
