Sonoma
Article Abstract:
Sonoma, CA, is considered the gateway to the Napa Valley area wine country. The city has a rich history as it was founded as a Mexican outpost in the 1830s, and the Buena Vista Winery was founded in 1857, after California was admitted to the US. There are several hotels in the city that are close to historical sites and wineries.
