Alimentos Naturales (Alnatur) of Spain, a vegetable processor, is to absorb Enasla of Spain, also a vegetable processor, owned by Koipe, olive oil company, to form a major company in the sector. Alnatur is owned by BBV, a Spanish bank, and the merger will reinforce its position in the food market in Spain.

Shops to give prices paid to producers
