Tastes: Mediterranean fish
Article Abstract:
Mediterranean fish such as branzino (sea bass) and dorade (sea bream) are much sought after due to their taste, flavor and as part of a healthful Mediterranean diet. Improved transportation and refrigeration have resulted in easy availability of such species of fresh fish worldwide, which can be cooked into a variety of dishes, most suitably accompanied by Mediterranean wines like Santorini from Greece, Campania whites from Italy and Provencal rose or cava from Spain.

Fresh pasta
Article Abstract:
Fresh pasta has a richer flavour than dried pasta as its dough is made with eggs unlike that of most dried pastas. The use of all-purpose flour to make the dough is not recommended as it contains more gluten and is very sensitive to humidity and hence the use of OO flour is preferred.
