Five menus for weekend outdoor dining are presented. The recipes are easy to prepare and can be done days or even weeks ahead. They include Plum Streusel Coffeecake, Grilled Garlic Lime Pork Tenderloin, Pita Toasts and Sangrita Blood Marys.
