Aguas Frescas: Mexican coolers
Article Abstract:
Three traditional Mexican fruit drinks called "aguas frescas" or "fresh waters" are presented. These are Agua Fresca de Fruta, Agua de Tamarindo and Agua de Jamaica. All fruit drinks are easy to make and their ingredients are readily available at Latino markets.
