Lawyer Eugene Anderson is better known as a champion of policyholder rights who seems to have made it his lifetime mission to sue insurance companies. A founding partner of insurance coverage giant Anderson Kill & Olick P.C., Anderson was responsible for forcing the Insurance Co of North America to cover millions of dollars in losses that arose from personal injury claims from asbestos production in the Keene vs Insurance Co of North America case. At 70, Anderson continues to fight for wronged policyholders, presently concentrating on cases against health maintenance treatment policies.

The memory of Samuel Slater
Article Abstract:
Slater was a textile supervisor in England where he was responsible for repairing cotton/wool spinning machines. Forbidden to emigrate because of his knowledge, Slater disguised himself as a farmer to go to the US, where he recreated the machines from memory that were to revolutionize the nation.
