Cooking with dried chilies

Mexican chilies are plentiful in supermarkets, and dried ancho chilies can spice up a variety of dishes. Chilies are toasted and de-seeded. A recipe is given for pork tenderloin with ancho chili mole. Detailed instruction for preparing the chilies are given.
