The experience at Perigord for a vacation like no other: exploring the countryside in the morning, taking cooking classes in the afternoon, wining and dining in the evening is described. In addition to hands-on classes, most cooking-holiday programs offer an opportunity to immerse oneself in the sights, smells, flavors, and feeling of a particular place, whether it is Toronto, Tuscany, or Thailand.
