Less is more: turkey on the light side

Article Abstract:

Ground turkey is a good substitute to ground beef and other meats, since it is low in fats and calories. Given the right seasonings and combinations, ground turkey can produce flavorful recipes which include Chinese turkey in jade, turkey's b'stilla and turkey ragu with pasta.

Dining on the light side: a vegetarian menu

Article Abstract:

Light summertime meals vegetarian meals that are nutritional and delectable can be easily prepared. Recipes for chilled minted cucumber honeydew soup, roasted peppers with chick-peas, chick-pea and eggplant puree, and mesclun salad are presented.
