Reviews on Marlon Abela's The Greenhouse, Morton's and Umu restaurants in London and Gaia restaurant in Connecticut along with their individual significance are presented. Marlon Abela, owner of all these restaurants, has a strong relationship with his chefs and expects them to present a coherent style, which he certifies, although he is not a professional chef.
