School of fish
Article Abstract:
A real life account of how a sous chef actually goes fishing for diver scallops is narrated and gives one an insight of how one actually gets these exotic species on the dining table. The shell-less scallops are usually found half buried in the sand between the rocks and abound in the waters of the Maine coast.
