Recipes for preparing pork dishes using seasonings such as rosemary, garlic and ginger to enrich the pork's flavor are presented. The pork is to be seared in a very hot oven or in a nonstick skillet to lock in the juices. The meat is to be cooked in medium fire only since the cuts are very lean.

Taking the fat out of chocolate
Article Abstract:
People who like chocolate so much but are afraid of its fat content would be happy to know that cocoa powder is readily available. Cocoa powder tastes as delicious as solid chocolate and has lower fat content. Some cocoa recipes such as brownie cake, puddings and meringue are presented.
