Different wines from different places are recommended to accompany a christmas dinner. Muscadet, produced in the south side of Loire, is a tender dry white wine best had with shell-fish, the Chateau de Caladroy and Chateau de Jau goes well with roast pork and Mas Amiel blends in with the flavors of sauces, stuffing and accompaniments.
