Clinic & Show crowd reflects optimistic economic outlook

The 1999 Wood Technology Clinic and Show showcased the forest products and wood machinery industries. Attendance at the show is projected to have exceed the attendance figures in 1998. Companies that showcased their products at the show include Coe Manufacturing Co, Ziegelmeyer Manufacturing, and MicroRidge Systems. Several meetings and seminars were also scheduled at the conference.

World's largest OSB plant churns out panels in Quebec

The Groupe Forex mill in Quebec, the world's largest manufacturer of oriented strand board, has an annual capacity of 550,000 cubic meters, although it can be expanded to 650,000 cubic meters. The plant's layout enables easy supervision of production processes. Some of the production equipment used at the plant are also discussed.
