Boston tea party

Article Abstract:

The way in which tea in New England has had a distinctly modest history since American patriots steeped their tea in the murky depths of Boston harbor is presented. Tea has enjoyed a steady following, but one easily usurped by the dominant buzz of coffee culture. Various recipes for sandwiches and cookies are provided along with addresses of tearooms around New England.
