Hope float
Article Abstract:
War veteran Kim McCluskey and his business partner Vu Huy discovered three abandoned Vietnamese orphans living on a flimsy raft in the Gulf of Tonkin, struggling to survive under desolate circumstances. McCluskey's efforts to raise funds to build a house for the girls, and the legal red tape the duo encountered before they succeeded, are discussed.
