Kids at risk: the alarming truth about safety seats

Article Abstract:

Studies have shown that the problem of improperly installed safety seats or the use of recalled ones is becoming widespread, resulting in injury or death. In the US alone, some 200 of the 604 children under five years old who were killed in auto accidents were in safety seats. Parents should turn to experts for help in learning how to properly install safety seats.

Article Abstract:

More and more teachers are being arrested for crimes against children. Most of these crimes could have been avoided with a simple background check, which many states do not require. Reform and solutions are discussed.
