The nonpartisan 'American Legion' continues to combat the growing apathy among Americans about the US government, and hence encourages them to be politically informed and to vote. Citizen involvement and voter participation ensures a strong republic and thus helps in maintaining a strong America.

Lincoln Mercury reduces prices to Legion family, donates portion of sales to Legacy Scholarships

Lincoln Mercury has reduced its prices to the American Legion family members buying the car and has donated a portion of its sale to the American Legacy Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship Fund helps in providing education to children who have lost their parents in the armed forces.
