Discussed here is a new coastal Connecticut home that was described some years ago as 'a run-down beach shack' by architect Stuart Disston. The same architect now moved the house eight feet back from the waterfront, adding two gambrels and, on the sound side, an addition consisting of a series of uninterrupted rooms.
