Article Abstract:

A scam is brought to light, where layers pretend to help the disabled and have made money. Experience of Mario DeLiberty who was sued by a group called the American Disability Institute as its pub failed to comply with the federal Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), which requires that businesses be accessible to the handicapped, is discussed.

Some crooks are making money from charitable trusts and government relief efforts in the event of natural disasters such as Hurricane Katrina, while some others are stealing identities by busily asking for credit card and Social Security information.
