Article Abstract:
The ways in which New England's architects Adam Kalkin and Albert Hadley's progressive approach collaborated on The Collector's House at Vermont's Shelburne Museum are presented. Adam constructed the space using shipping containers enclosed in a metal shell, while Albert culled folk-art pieces from the museum's vast collection to decorate the space.
