Should we give aid to Russia?
Article Abstract:
The issue of whether to provide economic aid to Russia is debated. Proponents contend that Russia must be assisted and guided in its attempt to achieve a democratic society. On the other hand, opponents say that aid may even slow the pace of economic reforms in the country.

Navy wife Roberta Roper was awarded the 1994 Crime Victim Service Award for her efforts in pushing legislation on crime victim's rights. These laws mandate restitution for crime victims as well as notification of trial dates involving the accused.
