Article Abstract:

Fishing trips can be spoiled when amateur fishermen do not know the proper way of tying knots. Fishermen can learn how to tie knots by practicing with fishing lines or ropes made of heavy material. The best knots to use when fishing include the blood knot, palomar knot, surgeon's loop and lark's head knot.

The role retrotransposons play in the shaping of eukaryotic genomes are explained. The process by which these short sequences of DNA replicates itself are noted, along with the benefits of transposable elements to genomes and its ability to shuffles exons.
