Weight-watchers would be able to avoid over-indulging with holiday foods by choosing sensible foods at parties. They should also use salad plates instead of dinner plates. When shopping in malls, they should take along low fat snacks. They should also eat dinner before going to a cocktail party.

Individuals can lose weigh without having a chronically empty stomach by taking certain low-calorie foods. By eating these foods, persons can lose up to 300 calories a day without feeling deprived. These foods include baked beans, baked potato, dill pickle, frozen yogurt, and tomato soup.
